1/4 cup whole/halves Macadamia nuts, unsalted (chopped)
1/4 cup Pecans (chopped)
1/4 cup whole Almonds, raw (chopped)
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Dried goji berries (or cranberries, optional)
1/2 cup Mixed berries
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk (or coconut yogurt)


  1. Place nuts and pumpkin seeds in a pan over medium-high heat and toast.
  2. Combine with chia seeds and goji berries in a bowl.
  3. Add mixed berries, vanilla extract and coconut milk.
