1/2 medium Banana
2 tsp Flaxseed oil
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Hemp milk
1 tbsp Hemp protein powder (optional)
2 tsp Molasses
1/4 medium Pear
1/2 cup Spinach (or other greens)

Instructions


1. Combine ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth.
