1/2 block Tofu, regular, firm (cut into cubes)
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 tbsp Hoisin sauce, ready-to-serve
2 tsp Sesame oil
3 tbsp Sesame seeds


Place tofu cubes in a container for marinating.

Mix soy sauce, ginger, hoisin and sesame oil together and pour over tofu. Marinate for a few hours and then roll cubes in sesame seeds.

Grease a baking tray with coconut oil so the tofu does not stick. Bake in the oven at 375┬░ for 10-15 minutes, until tofu becomes crispy.

This recipe is great in salads, stir fries or as a snack.
