1 cup cubes | Tofu, silken, firm (drain tofu before cutting) |
1/2 cup | Cornstarch |
4 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
2 tbsp | Barbecue sauce |
2 tsp | Honey |
1 tsp | Hot pepper (chili) flakes |
1 clove(s) | Garlic (minced) |
1 pinch | Sea Salt |

3. When tofu is cooked through, crispy on the outside and soft of the inside, turn off and left cool for a moment before tossing suggest in sauce and serving with cauliflower rice, mashed potatoes, or maybe sweet potato fries.
