1 medium Banana (s) (ripe)
1 cup Mango (frozen chunks)
300 gm Tofu, silken, soft

Instructions


1. In blender or food processor, combine tofu, mango chunks, water (375 ml) and banana.

2. Blend until smooth.


 

Notes:

To add more nutrients - use almond milk or coconut milk instead of water
