Ingredients


1 medium Banana (s) (ripe)
1 cup Mango (frozen chunks)
300 gm Tofu, silken, soft
375 ml Water, filtered

Instructions


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, mango chunks, water, and banana.
  2. Blend until smooth.


     

Notes:

To add more nutrients - use almond milk or coconut milk instead of water

Add vegetables - handful or two of spinach or kale
