1 tbsp Tahini (dressing)
1 tbsp Lemon juice (dressing)
1 dash Red pepper flakes (dressing)
1 tsp Sesame oil (dressing)
1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar (dressing)
1 tsp Honey (dressing)
1/4 tsp Salt (dressing)
1/4 tsp Black pepper (dressing)
1/4 tsp Oregano, dried (dressing)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced, dressing )
1 cup cubes Tofu, silken, extra firm
1 small pepper(s) Red bell pepper (sliced)
1/2 cup Cucumber (sliced )
1/2 cup Sprouted lentils
1/2 cup hulled Sunflower seeds
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (chopped )
2 cup Lettuce, romaine


In a bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Once thoroughly mixed, pour dressing in the bottom of mason jars. 

Layer remaining ingredients in the jar in order- tofu first, followed by peppers, cucumbers, lentils, sunflower seeds, parsley and romaine. Close lid on top and shake jar when ready to eat.
