Ingredients
1 block
Tofu, regular, firm
1 bunch
Baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped
Red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped
Orange bell pepper
3 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
(or any other oil)
1/2 cup
Nutritional yeast
(as cheese substitute)
1 tsp
Turmeric, powder
(for the yellow color)
1 tbsp
Himalayan sea salt
(or any other salt)
1 tsp
Lemon pepper
(or any other pepper)
1 tsp, minced
Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli)
(if you love it spicy)
Instructions
Put oil in a pan, use your hands to chop the tofu directly into the pan. add all the spices and fry the tofu over medium heat. cut the peppers into pieces and add them. Finally, add the spinach and mix everything together. fry everything for 10 minutes.
