Ingredients


1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 cup whole Almonds, raw
2 tbsp Basil pesto (gluten free)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste - sea salt)

Instructions


1. Rinse tomatoes and halve crosswise.

2. Scatter over almonds and serve with pesto on top.

3. Season with sea salt and pepper.
