1 cucumber(s) Cucumber (seeds removed, diced finely)
1 cup Grape tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


1. Mix cucumber, tomato, and feta in a large bowl.
2. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper and give the salad a good stir.
