2 medium slice Baguette, whole grain
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
29 gm Mozzarella cheese
29 gm Roasted red peppers, canned
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 small Tomato (slices)

Instructions


Cut bread in half horizontally, layer ingredients on the bread, drizzle olive oil and vinegar and finish with salt and pepper.
