Ingredients


2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1 cup cubes Papaya
1 large Banana
3 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


1. Soak chia seeds in almond milk for approximately 10 minutes
2. In a blender or food processor mix the chia mixture with the remaining ingredients except 1 tbsp of coconut, blend until smooth
3. Divide into 4 portions and top with the remaining shredded coconut
4. You can serve this chilled from the refrigerator for a calling treat
