Ingredients


1 cup Orange juice (Fresh Squeezed)
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 medium Frozen banana (sliced)
1 cup diced Pineapple
1/4 cup Walnuts (pieces)

Instructions


1. Soak chia seeds in the orange juice for approximately 15 minutes
2. Blend together chia mixture with banana and pineapple
3. Portion into cups and top with the walnut pieces
4. Set in the fridge to chill for approximately 20 minutes
5. Serve and enjoy!
