Ingredients


2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1/2 medium Frozen banana
1 tsp minced Ginger root
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 mango Mango (cubed)
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
1 cup Water (filtered)

Instructions


Combine ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
