1/2 cup Frozen mango
1/2 cup Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F. (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free

Instructions


  1. Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add water (if needed) and stir throughout to reach the desired consistency.
