2 cup Cremini (Italian) mushroom (chopped)
1/3 cup Baby spinach
1/3 cup Swiss chard
1/3 cup Baby kale
1 scoop vegan greens+ O (unflavoured), Genuine Health
1/2 onion(s) Sweet onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh (finely chopped)
1 medium stalk(s) Celery (finely chopped)
1/2 cup (dry) Sprouted Rice & Quinoa Medley, truRoots
1 cup Water, filtered
1 cup (dry) Sprouted Bean & Lentil Medley, truRoots (2 cups cooked)
1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds (coarsely chopped)
1/4 cup hulled Sunflower seeds
1/3 cup Nutritional yeast
1/4 cup Liquid aminos
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Liquid omega3 oil, Genuine Health (orange flavour)
4 medium egg Egg
1/4 cup Potato flour
3 tbsp, leaves Tarragon, dried
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic salt

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven 350°F. In 1 bowl, mix mushrooms, baby spinach, baby chard, baby kale), greens+ O unflavoured, onion, parsley, celery.
  2. In a separate bowl mix well together: cooked lentils/beans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, liquid aminos, olive oil, Liquid omega3 orangeeggs, potato flour, dried tarragon, cumin, garlic salt.
  3. Then add prepared rice blend and mixed vegetables. Mix well.
  4. Press into well-oiled loaf pan and bake for 45 mins.
  5. Serve on top of lightly steamed black kale (or other leafy greens). Garnish with chopped parsley and a few dashes of liquid aminos. Enjoy!

 

 

 

Advanced Preparation

1 - 3 days prior [optional], Sprouted Rice & Quinoa Medley, truRoots 1/2 cup (dry)
Instructions:

Bring to boil 1 cup water and add ½ cup truRoots Rice & Quinoa Medley. Simmer for 15 mins and cool. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

Instructions:

Cook 1 cup dry truRoots Bean & Lentil Medley according to package instructions. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
