Tummy Healing Soup for One

3 cup Water
1 piece, 1-inch Turmeric root (peeled, grated)
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
1/4 tsp 5-Spice seasoning
1/4 tsp Garlic (minced)
1/4 cup Porcini mushroom, dried
1 cup Rapini, broccoli raab, raw (chopped)
1/2 cup Pasta, gluten free, dry
1 tsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
1/2 tsp Sesame seeds (toasted, optional)


Pour 3 cups of water, the turmeric, ginger, 5 spice, and garlic into a small pot. Bring to a boil on the stove.

Now add in the mushrooms, chopped broccoli raab, and pasta. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the coconut aminos, stir, and pour into a large soup bowl.

Top with sesame seeds if desired.
