1 can drained White tuna, canned in water, drained
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh) (for tuna)
1 cucumber(s) Cucumber (sliced)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (peeled, pit removed)
1/2 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
3 tomato Cherry Tomatoes (diced)
1 pinch Salt and pepper
3 tomato Cherry Tomatoes (quartered for garnish)


  1. In a small bowl, mix together drained tuna, olive oil, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, to liking. Set aside.
  2. In another small bowl, mash the avocado into lime juice with a fork until almost smooth. Mix in minced garlic and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Lay out cucumber slices on a serving tray. Top each cucumber slice with a small spoonful of tuna mixture.
  4. Add a dollop of guacamole and finish with a cherry tomato quarter (optional). Enjoy!
