3 tomato | Cherry Tomatoes (diced) |

1 whole lime(s) | Lime juice (fresh) (divided) |

1 can drained | White tuna, canned in water, drained |
1. In a small bowl, mix together drained tuna, olive oil, and 1/2 of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, to liking. Set aside.
2. In another small bowl, mash avocado into remaining lime juice with fork until almost smooth. Mix in minced garlic and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Lay out cucumber slices on serving tray. Top each cucumber slice with a small spoonful of tuna mixture.
Add a dollop of guac and finish with a cherry tomato quarter (optional).
