1 can drained (120 g) Solid white tuna, in water, Cloverleaf
1 can (15oz) Cannellini beans, canned (or use another type of white bean)
1/2 small Red onion (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Parsley, Italian, fresh (about a handful, chopped)
1 pinch Sea salt
1 dash Black pepper
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (sliced in half - can use grape tomatoes)

Instructions


Combine all the ingredients except tomatoes. When ready to consume, stir in tomatoes.

This could be the simplest, easiest, fastest, tastiest dish you make on the Dump. No, it’s not bean-free. But it’s so lovely in its simplicity. If you want a bean-free thing then sub in the Nicoise Salad.
