Ingredients


1 medium Yellow onion (diced)
2 can drained White tuna, canned in water, drained
2 cup Green/yellow string beans, canned (drained, rinsed)
3 cup Cream of mushroom soup, canned, condensed
1/2 cup pieces Mushroom, canned, drained (rinsed)
1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
1/2 tbsp Paprika

Instructions


Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

Use cooking spray to coat 9x11 pan. You can freeze at this stage or bake.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, cook this on the stovetop in saucepan if eating immediately.

Optional to add whole wheat egg noodles or other whole grain pasta. Cook separatly and add while serving.
