Tuna Melt with Green Peas

4 muffin English muffin, whole-wheat
1 can drained White tuna, canned in water, drained
1 avocado(s) Avocado
1/4 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cup Frozen green peas


In a saucepan boil water and cook green peas. Drain and separate onto serving plates.

Cut english muffins in half and place open on a baking sheet.

In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, avocado and mayonnasie. Stir well.

Spread the tuna mixture on each half of the english muffins. Top with as much cheddar cheese as desired.

Place baking sheet in oven and broil until cheese is melted.

Serve tuna melt with green peas and enjoy!
