2 can drained White tuna, canned in water, drained
4 medium Egg
3/4 cup chopped Yellow onion
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Mustard powder
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1 tbsp Paprika
1 dash Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Squeeze mixture using your hands, trying to remove extra water or liquid.
  4. Divide the mixture and form patties using your hands.
  5. Arrange the patties in a single layer on the lined baking sheet and either place directly in the oven, or freeze/refrigerate first to help the patties hold together.
  6. If baking, bake for 20 minutes, flip, then return to the oven for 20 more minutes.
  7. If cooking on the stovetop, add oil to a pan over low-medium heat and let cook thoroughly before flipping to cook both sides.
