|2 can drained||White tuna, canned in water, drained|
|4 medium egg||Egg|
|3/4 cup chopped||Yellow onion|
|1 tbsp||Garlic powder|
|1 tbsp||Mustard powder|
|1 tbsp||Parsley, dried|
|1 dash||Salt and pepper|
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
(If following 21 Day Fix, use your red container to measure out one patty. This makes 6 large tuna patties).
Squeeze mixture using your hands, trying to remove extra water or liquid.
Freeze on parchment paper or refrigerate to help patties hold together.
You can either bake or saute these.
If baking, bake at 350 for 20 minutes, flip, bake for 20 more minutes.
If cooking on the stove top, add oil to a pan on low-medium heat and let cook thoroughly before flipping to cook both sides.
