1 medium pepper(s) | Red bell pepper (finely chopped) |

2 can drained | White tuna, canned in water, drained |
Combine tuna, oil, mustard, bell pepper and tarragon in a medium bow. Mix well.
Serving suggestions: Cut off the top of a medium tomato. Remove seeds, and serve tuna salad inside.
Or cut a cucumber in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and serve tuna salad inside.
