142 gm Tuna, albacore, flaked, canned in water
1/2 small White onion (diced)
1/2 small stalk(s) Celery (diced)
2 tbsp chopped Carrots
3 cup Lettuce, romaine (for salad)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (sliced, for salad)
1/2 cup Cucumber (sliced for salad)
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (drizzle on salad)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (drizzle on salad and tuna mix)


  1. In another bowl, mix tuna, onions, celery and carrots with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Combine lettuce, bell pepper, and cucumber in a bowl and toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Arrange vegetables on a plate and top with a scoop of tuna mixture.
