1/2 cup Parsley, fresh
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (divided)
993 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless

Instructions


  1. In a small bowl, add the parsley, lemon, salt and 3/4 of the oil. Stir to combine and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining oil to a skillet and place the chicken in the skillet. Cook over medium heat for about 4-6 minutes and then flip and cook until done. 
  3. Drizzle with herb sauce. Serve!
