2 medium slice Bacon
2 cup Gourmet lettuce mix
114 gm Turkey breast, nitrate free, oven roasted
1 small Red onion (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Chives
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice


Cook the bacon- at 375 degrees in an oven on a rack over a cookie sheet for around 30 minute or pan fried the slices.

Layer the ingredients over salad greens and serve topped with the olive oil and lemon. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
