Collard green leaves make healthier replacements for bread. If unavailable, feel free to use romaine hearts, butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce.

Collard greens
1 tbsp
Yellow mustard

Turkey, deli cut
5 tomato
Cherry Tomatoes
(chopped in half)
2 tbsp
Red onion
(thinly sliced)
1/4 large pepper(s)
Red bell pepper
(thinly sliced)
1/2 avocado(s)
Avocado
(sliced)
Instructions
Wash and dry your collard greens then cut the stem off. Smear leaf with the mustard. Top with remaining ingredients.
Roll and pin with toothpicks (about 4 to get a good hold). Cut in half and enjoy!
