These wraps are low carb, paleo-friendly and can be customizable to your liking.
Ingredients
1 leaf

Collard greens
|
1 tbsp
|
Yellow mustard
|

Turkey breast
(sliced, cooked)

5 tomato

Cherry Tomatoes
(chopped in half)

2 tbsp

Red onion
(thinly sliced)

1/4 large pepper(s)

Red bell pepper
(thinly sliced)

Instructions
1. Wash and dry your collard greens then cut the stem off.
2. Smear leaf with the mustard.
3. Top with remaining ingredients.
4. Roll and pin with toothpicks (about 4 to get a good hold). Cut in half and enjoy!
