| 114 gm | Turkey breast (sliced, cooked) |
| 5 tomato | Cherry Tomatoes (chopped in half) |
| 2 tbsp | Red onion (thinly sliced) |
| 1/4 large pepper(s) | Red bell pepper (thinly sliced) |
1. Wash and dry your collard greens then cut the stem off.
2. Smear leaf with the mustard.
3. Top with remaining ingredients.
4. Roll and pin with toothpicks (about 4 to get a good hold). Cut in half and enjoy!
