These turkey, cranberry, and feta pinwheels are the perfect make-ahead snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

Cream cheese
(softened)

Feta cheese, cow
(crumbled)
1/3 cup
Chives
(chopped)
1 1/2 cup
Cranberries, dried
12 slice
Turkey, deli cut
4 medium tortilla(s)
Whole wheat tortilla
(10 inch)
Instructions
Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 10-20 second increments until softened. Remove from microwave and beat with a fork until fluffy.
Add the crumbled feta, chives, and dried cranberries to the cream cheese and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture evenly over the tortilla(s).
Lay 2-3 slices of deli-cut turkey breast across the center of the tortilla(s).
Tightly roll the tortilla(s) up into a tube, then wrap the tube in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Slice each tube into 1-inch pinwheels when ready to serve.
Notes:
Once the tubes are in the plastic wrap, they can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days before serving.
