1/2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
2/3 cup Green onion
2 clove(s) Garlic
.25-.5 tsp Crushed red pepper
284 gm Turkey breast, skinless (cooked)
1/2 cup slices Water chestnuts, canned (coarsely chopped)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise, fat free, Kraft
3/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground (or 8 pieces (1/2 inch) of crystallizes ginger)
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium

Instructions


Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium -high heat. Add onions, garlic, and pepper; saute' 1 minute.Place onion mixture, turkey, and next six ingredients(turkey through soy sauce) in a food processor; process until well blended, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Spoon pate into a bowl; cover and chill at least 8 hours.
