1 cup | Rice noodles, dry (100g Cooked) |
1 cup | Frozen vegetable mix (150g Fresh or frozen (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, or broccoli)) |
120 gm | Turkey breast, skinless (Cooked & sliced) |
1 tsp | Canola oil |
Heat the canola oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Optional: Add 1 clove garlic and 1 tsp ginger, sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the chicken and mixed veggies, cooking until heated through.
Add the cooked rice noodles and 1 tbsp, low sodium soy sauce (optional), tossing everything together.
Optional: Season with black pepper, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.
