1 cup Rice noodles, dry (100g Cooked)
1 cup Frozen vegetable mix (150g Fresh or frozen (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, or broccoli))
120 gm Turkey breast, skinless (Cooked & sliced)
1 tsp Canola oil

Instructions


  • Heat the canola oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  • Optional: Add 1 clove garlic and 1 tsp ginger, sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Stir in the chicken and mixed veggies, cooking until heated through.

  • Add the cooked rice noodles and 1 tbsp, low sodium soy sauce (optional), tossing everything together.

  • Optional: Season with black pepper, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.

  • Serve and enjoy!
