3 slice | Turkey, deli cut |
1/2 cup | Brown rice, short-grain, cooked (or rice of choice, prepare as directed on package) |
1/4 cup grated | Carrots |
2 slice | Cucumber (peeled, cut into thin strips) |
1/4 cup | Lettuce, romaine (cut into thin strips) |
1 slice | Cheddar cheese, reduced fat (18%) (cut into thin strips) |
1. Heat tortilla in microwave on HIGH 15 seconds.
2. Coat tortilla with dressing. Layer turkey slices on top. Add rice onto ½ of turkey; press down to flatten.
3. Layer carrots, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and cheese in a line on top.
4. Roll tortilla around rice and veggies; cut into 2-inch pieces.
