1 piece, 1-inch Turmeric root (grated)
1/2 piece, 1/2-inch Ginger root
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Coconut milk, sweetened
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tsp Maple syrup, pure (optional)

Instructions


Heat pot and add turmeric and ginger over medium heat until aromatic. Add milks, cinnamon and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
