1 tsp minced Ginger root (optional)
2 tsp Turmeric, powder
1 cup Water (1-2 cups)
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (nut milk of choice or coconut milk)
1 dash Black pepper (about a pinch)

Instructions


Simmer herbs and water for 10 minutes. Strain and add milk. Pour in blender and froth a bit if desired.
