1. Wash all the herbs and vegetables. Slice all the radish heads to 1/8 thick and slice cucumbers.
2. Chop all the fresh herbs and ends of all the radish and cucumbers, mix well.
3. Add lemon juice, garlic, pepper and season with oil.
4. Place the bowl in refrigerator for 30 min. Then mix it again. Serve cold.
