Ukrainian Radish and Cucumber Salad

1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber
4 cup Radish (sliced)
2 sprig(s) Dill, fresh (chopped)
5 sprig Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 clove(s) Garlic (mashed)
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Sunflower oil


  1. Wash all the herbs and vegetables. Slice all the radish heads to 1/8 thick and slice cucumbers.
  2. Chop all the fresh herbs and ends of all the radish and cucumbers, mix well.
  3. Add lemon juice, garlic, pepper and season with oil.
  4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 min. Then mix it again. Serve cold.
