Ingredients


1 clementine(s) Clementine
2 tbsp Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips (vegan, if desired)
1 small Orange
8 fruit Raspberries
8 large (3.5cm dia) Strawberries
8 fruit Sweet cherry, raw

Instructions


  1. Wash and dry fruit. Place fruit pieces and peeled clementine slices on parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave, dip fruit in the chocolate, and lay them back down on wax paper to dry.
  3. Add unsweetened shredded coconut to the clementines and raspberries by sprinkling coconut on the wax paper before laying down the chocolate-dipped fruit, and then sprinkling again overtop of the freshly dipped fruit.
  4. Arrange chocolate-covered fruit in a heart-shaped box as a great Valentine's gift!

Notes:

You can add whatever you want to your fruit box: homemade truffles, cookies, etc.
