Ingredients


1/2 medium Banana (s)
1/2 cup Spinach
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla (or any vanilla protein powder of choice)
1 tsp Honey (or stevia, optional)
1 tsp Spirulina powder

Instructions


1. In a blender, combine water and spinach first.

 

2. Then add remaining ingredients.

 

3. Mix until smooth and enjoy.

Notes:

Bananas

are high in potassium and low in sodium they may help to stabilize blood pressure

Spinach

is extremely nutrient dense, it is a great source of vitamin C and folic acid
