Make a few of these in 1 cup mason jars at the beginning of the week and store in the fridge for a quick and filling snack!
Ingredients
1/2 cup
Oat Milk, Minor Figures Dairy
(any brand of oat milk is fine!)
2 tbsp
Chia seeds
1/2 tbsp
Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 tsp
Maple syrup
1/4 cup
Raspberries
Instructions
Mix oat milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cocoa powder and maple syrup together in a jar. Stir well and refrigerate. Let sit at least 2 hours before serving. Top with raspberries or berry of choice. Enjoy!
