1 scoop Hemp protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Lentils, red, cooked (frozen)
1/2 cup Frozen zucchini
1/2 cup Cashew milk, unsweetened
1 tsp Cacao powder, raw
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (for topping)
1 tbsp Buckwheat groats, dry (for topping)
1 tbsp Pecans (crushed - for topping)
1 tsp Cinnamon (for topping)
