Vanilla Peach Overnight Oats

Ingredients


30 gm Oats, large flakes, dry
185 ml Soy milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1 pinch Sea salt, fine
1 medium Peach (chopped)
2 leaf Mint, fresh (sliced)

Instructions


  1. In a Mason jar or bowl, add oats, soy milk, ground flax, cinnamon, ginger, and sea salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Stir in chopped peaches.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Garnish with sliced mint.
  5. Serve cold or remove the cover and reheat the next morning.
