Instructions
- In a Mason jar or bowl, add oats, soy milk, ground flax, cinnamon, ginger, and sea salt. Stir to combine.
- Stir in chopped peaches.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with sliced mint.
- Serve cold or remove the cover and reheat the next morning.
