1/2 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
2 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (or more almond milk)
2 tsp Ghee (or coconut oil )
1 cup slices Peach (frozen)
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


Stir up dry ingredients. Add milk and coconut yogurt.

Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add peaches and sauté gently until they thaw and release some juice. Add honey and vanilla to the pan, then pour contents into the jar with the oats.

Cover and place on counter overnight for a delightful, ready-to-go breakfast.

Tip: Try opening a probiotic capsule and stirring it into oats for extra boost!
