Ingredients


1/2 cup pitted Dates
1/2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1/2 cup Protein powder, Sun Warrior, chocolate (vegan protein powder)
1/4 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
3 tbsp WowButter, Soy Nut Butter (any nut butter)
2 tbsp Coconut butter
4 tbsp Coconut flakes, unsweetened (to roll the balls in)

Instructions


1. Use a Vitamix or food processor

2. Puree the dates with the coconut butter

3. Add all ingredients, minus the shredded coconut

4. Rest the mix for at least 30min in the fridge, this way it is less sticky

5. Roll little balls and dust them with coconut 

6. Keep them in the fridge till you eat or serve them
