Ingredients

Artichoke hearts, canned
(drained, rinsed)
1 can (15oz)
Chickpeas, canned, low sodium
(not drained)
1 medium
Lemon
(freshly squeezed)
2 clove(s)
Garlic
(peeled)
4 tbsp
Nutritional yeast
1 tsp
Chili powder
1 tsp
Paprika, smoked
(optional)
1 tsp
Italian herb seasoning, McCormick
1/2 tsp
Salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients, including canned chickpeas with the bean liquid from the can, into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add water if necessary to allow blending.
