70 gm Veggie burger, lightlife (1 patty, vegan burger)
1 large leaf Lettuce, butterhead (Boston)
1 pickle(s) Dill pickles, low sodium
5 gm Cashew cheese/guyere (any vegan cheese)
2 tomato Cherry Tomatoes
4 slice Cucumber
10 ml slices Jalapeno peppers, sliced, canned
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado

Instructions


1. Grill the burger as directed on the package, add the cheese for the last minute, to melt.

2. Toast the burger bun.

3. Dress it up and indulge!
