Vegan Chocolate Mousse

2 avocado(s) Avocado (peeled and halved)
1/4 cup Cacao powder, raw
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
5 date pitted Medjool date (soaked in water overnight)
3 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
2 tbsp Coconut cream (scooped off the top of a can of chilled full-fat coconut milk)
1 pinch Sea salt


Mix everything together in a food processor until smooth.

Enjoy as is, or if you like a thicker mousse, place in an air-tight glass container and let stand in the fridge overnight.

Serve with coconut whipped cream or fresh berries, or better yet, both!
