1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 cup grated Zucchini
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 medium Banana (s) (mashed)
1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tsp Agave nectar (syrup)
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
6 tbsp Coconut milk, reduced fat
1/4 cup Raspberries (for topping)
1/2 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (sliced, for topping)
1 tsp Coconut flakes, unsweetened (for topping)
1/2 cup Blueberries (for topping)
1 tsp Almond butter (for topping)


Put the chia seeds in a small bowl and stir in 6 tablespoons of plant-based milk. Allow to thicken while you make the rest of the zoats.

Place the oats, the shredded zucchini, and the almond or oat milk in a small pot and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Then stir in the mashed banana, the cacao, the soaked chia seeds, and if using the agave.

Put in two bowls and top it off with fresh berries, kiwi, almond butter, coconut flakes, and blueberries.
