1/2 cup | Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill |
1/2 cup | Applesauce, unsweetened |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil |
1/2 cup | Maple syrup, pure |
1 pinch | Salt |
1/4 cup pitted | Sweet cherry, raw (or apricot, nectarine, plum) |
1 tbsp | Tapioca starch (for potato flour, corn flour) |
341 gm | Tofu, silken, firm |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
Place all ingredients but the fruit in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a round pan (about 18 cm diameter) and spread the fruit on top.
Place in an open pre-heated to 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
Can eat either hot or cold.
