Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 cup Maple syrup, pure
1 pinch Salt
1/4 cup pitted Sweet cherry, raw (or apricot, nectarine, plum)
1 tbsp Tapioca starch (for potato flour, corn flour)
341 gm Tofu, silken, firm
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


Place all ingredients but the fruit in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a round pan (about 18 cm diameter) and spread the fruit on top.

Place in an open pre-heated to 325 degrees for 50 minutes.

Can eat either hot or cold.
