1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


Combine ingredients together in a food processor.

Enjoy as is or form into cookies and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Tip: top with raisins, dark chocolate, or vegan chocolate sauce
