Ingredients


1 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat (unsweetened)
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Swerve Sweetener, confectioners (for the coating)
1 tbsp Cinnamon (for the coating)

Vegan Bread

1 cup Coconut flour
1/2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1/3 cup Psyllium seed husk
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
2 1/4 cup Water (lukewarm)
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Sesame seeds (optional as topping)

Instructions


Combine all ingredients and then dip bread in it, after you Dip the bread in, cook on a pan on each side, then Coat in your cinnamon sugar mixture. Enjoy 2 slices per serving.

Instructions for "Vegan Bread"

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line a 8x5 loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside
  • In a large mixing bowl mix all your dry ingredients
  • then add your apple cider vinegar and water, it will be very sticky at first but it will dry as you go along.
  • once thick and drier, kneed into a dough and form into a loaf let it sit for 10 minutes so it can set.
  • for faster baking time you can form into small buns and cook for 35 minutes or 60 minutes for a loaf
  • wet the top of your bread and sprinkle sesame seeds
  • cook and then let it cook before serving
